Your Feel Better Assessment

I’m so excited to see you in this chapter! This is where it starts to get good :). Chapter 3 is called, Your Feel Better Assessment and it’s all about assessing where you are in your life right this second so that as you move forward in the book, you can understand how far you have come.

As we heal, we tend to forget all the progress that we have made along the way. This assessment is going to provide you with that snapshot of where you are now so that you can look back at it and say, “Wow! Look how far I have come!”

It’s also going to help you start connecting the dots as to how traumas are affecting you in your life right now and at what level. Please don’t get bogged down in the assessment. Do some of it and come back to it if you must, but it really is the key to getting the most out of the book.
